It was our pleasure to meet you. Many kind words from our membership saying "this was the best presentation we ever had"...so with that we talked after you left and would like you to again visit us in March.  If you can do the Titanic Survivor presentation I think our members would enjoy [it].  Last night we had 52 members at the meeting, most I can remember in a long time ... talk to you soon and Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, etc.

"Bravo!"

BRAVO! I have never seen a less than wonderful performance, but your telling of the Romanovs was simply spectacular. The ladies were blown away and several had tears from your telling of this family's story. Thank you as always for such a special evening. It was a treat and a treasure.

"...your portrayal of Alice Paul was wonderful."

Just a short note to let you know that your portrayal of Alice Paul was wonderful. I really did not know anything about her and found her life so interesting and she did so much to help the cause of women. I know our patrons really enjoyed your presentation and they love all your characters. Please take care and enjoy your summer. We can talk more about your next appearance in 2016 in the early fall.

What an outstanding performance! That was the consensus of members of your audience last night. Your presence, diction, and researched stories were most appealing to our members. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you live and in person. Whether you are Aliza or Alisa, you are quite charming and adorable. You certainly represent historical character with your zest for performance. This former teacher rates you A+. Thank You for working with us.

"...mesmerized."

I was going to write you and tell you what a success your Dickens' Christmas program was! I heard nothing but good things, both Saturday at the end of the evening and again on Sunday after the church services. People made a point of seeking me out to tell me how much they enjoyed it. One woman said her granddaughter (age 10-12) was "mesmerized".

"... fascinating performance ..."

I was in attendance last evening with my daughters, at Teaberry's in Flemington, where you gave your fascinating performance of Dicken's "A Christmas Carol". What a wonderful evening it was! My daughter, who lives in Flemington, planned the evening and I could not have been more impressed. But truly, beyond the wonderful food and lovely atmosphere of Teaberry's, your retelling of this timeless tale was mesmerizing. What a wonderful talent and gift you have! I wish you continued success in bringing your extraordinary ability as an artful storyteller to many.Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.

"... many creative ideas on how she could entertain our tea guests ..."

We have been serving Afternoon Tea at the Chauncey Conference Center in Princeton for the past two years. I had been looking to do specialty teas with entertainment for some time. I had the great opportunity to meet Alisa Dupuy over Afternoon Tea. Alisa had many creative ideas on how she could entertain our tea guests with stories from different periods of time, such as: Renaissance, Victorian, Great Gatsby and more. I decided that this would be perfect entertainment for our guests. Alisa and [her associates] have been a lovely addition to our afternoon teas. They have done quite a few teas with us, entertaining our guests in period costumes and discussing the history of tea while our guests are enjoying afternoon tea and being taken back in time through their stories. I look forward to the continued relationship and the many more specialty teas to come.

"Alisa Dupuy was more wonderful than I had hoped."

I had been considering what to do for my daughter, Mary Grace's, seventh birthday party when I met Alisa Dupuy at a tea room. Her costume, manner and appearance in general were so "in character" and impressive that I immediately booked her for the party. With Alisa's help, we decided that a princess tea party would be perfect. She helped me envision the party as she described herself arriving as Marie Antoinette. She sugggested that the girls would enjoy a proper luncheon and that she would guide them in manners and etiquette. What a success! The girls were noisy and rambunctious until Marie Antoinette arrived. Then an awed hush fell, eyes were wide with wonder and admiration for the princess. The girls sat at the dining room table suitably set with silver, good china and linen tablecloth and napkins. They listened and followed exactly the instructions Marie Antoinette gave them. I heard soft, pleasant conversation with lots of "Yes, thank you", "No, thank you" and "Please". I was completely captivated myself as Marie Antoinette explained the intricacies of her costume, which was exquisite and authentic in every detail. She told us interesting bits about her life and described how her Ladies in Waiting dressed her. She had hidden "jewels" in a pocket which she distributed to the enchanted girls. She was regal yet warm, absolutely charming and a complete hit. I overheard two girls telling their dads when they came to pick them up, "We had a REAL princess!" My daughter's school friends told her that the party was awesome and Mary Grace herself said, "It was just the best!" Alisa Dupuy was more wonderful than I had hoped. She had so thoroughly researched Marie Antoinette that it was not difficult to really believe there was indeed a REAL princess there.

" ... research [is] amazingly thorough in historical accuracy ..."

It has been my great pleasure on two occasions to be transported back in time by the amazing Alisa Dupuy. Both times were at elegant teas and Ms. Dupuy, in authentic attire and persona, regaled us with tales about her life as a Victorian lady and the customs of her day. She was thoroughly entertaining as she shared with us the history of tea service and her own opinions about what a civilized and refreshing tradition it is in both this country and in Europe. I have been involved in the tea business for several years and I found Ms. Dupuy's research to be amazingly thorough in historical accuracy about Victorian times and in the traditions of tea. I am quite excited about the opportunity to hear her other presentations about different eras.
